HUD HOMES $100 Down Payment

HUD is offering its foreclosed homes for $100 down on foreclosed homes in Georgia from now until October 2012, and you must be an owner occupant to qualify. This incentive can be used with any HUD property listed as available for FHA financing (203B, 203B with repair escrow and 203K ). HUD will pay up to 3% closing costs, in most cases HUD has appraisal the lender can use.

HUD homes are great deals already and now offer them for $100 down even gives your buyers a greater deal. Buyer's should jump on these home, they sell fast.
