This is a mini-documentary recap of what happened at the Real Estate Marketing Summit last month
By blogging, as many of you are, you are certainly creating unique content. But how much of it is hyperlocal? How much of it focuses on the city, town or neighborhood that you live and work in?
That's the type of content that consumers want to see.
Now combine blogging with a hyperlocal video that tells the story of "What it's like to Live there", and you will creating the type of content home buyers, sellers and renters love to consume.
Any of you combining the two?
