Haha, I am ever the optimist and often get duped by people because I tend to think that they have strong morals and such upon meeting them. When I first got into Real Estate, the things mentioned below are why clients told me they chose me over other Realtors. They made me feel like I was breaking my back for them, yet I felt that all I was doing was my job, haha.
