I'm liking the type of presentation you used for your Office/Condo presentation.  Perhaps, you know, I'm a huge fan/proponent of videos for communities, but I'm becoming convinced that property features work better with a medium such as this one. It's easier for the interested viewer to stop and look and manage the images better.  :)
