Kimberly, terrific information!  I did the comps up for my neighborhood last night....there are currently 4 homes (out of 400) that are in some form of foreclosure...short sale, bank owned, auction.  It's amazing to see how much this is happening!

Excellent information, great for consumers. I read earlier today a statistic about my area of Orange County, where actually 99% of the foreclosures are actually going back to the lender. Unlike the days in the past when they were sold on the couthouse steps. That translates to me that consumers need someone like a great agent working for them on these.
