No.....More logically, when high presure combines with cold,dry upper level flows out of Canada but...the Jet Stream has taken the month off in Mexico and.....where the heck is that seasonal moisture from the Pacific? Hmmmm. Two inches does not a deep powder turn make. Looks like nothing in the forecast for a couple of weeks. Getting a little chilly. Maybe I should go have a beer at Pepi's."
