Green Sticker fees for off-road vehicles to increase in 08.

California OHV program was due to expire 12-31-07.  The Governor did sign a bill to extend the program until 2018 but as part of the new bill green sticker fees are to increase to $50 every two years now instead of $25.  It is going to be a little more each time but worth it to keep our legal riding areas open.
