Here's the fine print. The transaction must be initiated on or after 11/11/07. If you are selling your home, you must sign a listing agreement on or before 12/31/07. If you are purchasing a home, the closing must be on or before 01/31/08. The $500 will be reimbursed to you at the close of escrow. I won't be able to offer the full amount if I am already subject to paying a referral fee on your transaction. However, please still mention the discount and I will work something out for you.
