Renters, Check out Your Landlord! Connie Harvey tells you how.
If you have ever rented a home, you know how much info you had to give to the landlord. Now, you can check out the landlord, and make sure the property you are trying to rent has not received a notice of default. All over the country, renters are being evicted because the landlord is in default. Make sure you check the address before turning over your money. Thanks for the info Connie!

Renters, Check out Your Landlord!
Renters can now protect themselves by making sure that the property they're considering renting, or already renting, is not in Foreclosure.
Renters often fall victim to the Foreclosure system by being totally unaware that their landlord has fallen behind on their mortgage.
A new website CheckYourLandlord.com, launched in July, gives renters the ability to check on the property. They can see if a Notice of Default has been filed on almost any property in the country. And it's Free!
If you are currently renting, or looking to rent a property, check the address first!
