WHAT DOES CUSTOMER SERVICE MEAN TO YOU IN THE REAL ESTATE FIELD?  Are you confused?  I always as my clients - what do you expect from me over and above listing and marketing your property?

Do you expect a weekly report i.e.  every Tuesday?

Do you expect feedback after every showing?

Do you want to feed both the positive and negative feedback?

Or, do you just want me to contact you when an offer is received.

 

Over the years, I had clients that do not want to hear any negative feedback as they feel they already know what deficiencies exist and don't want to be reminded. 

Others, want every detail about the potential buyers - SO, you, my client, must tell me what you want because I certainly want to you to be happy with the service you receive from me and my team.

This is so very true.  You must be a psychologist in this business.

You have the client who expects to hear after each client what they had to say and why they didn't take it.

Then you have the client who says don't bother me until you have a contract.

Personally I like somewhere in the middle.  Don't micromanage me but do respond to negative feedback.
