Well that’s it 2011 is history, done, gone, finished and now it is time for all of us to look back and see what kind of year it really was. So here it is the Brentwood 2011 Market Report in a nut shell.
In the year of 2011 there were 228 homes listed and a total of 234 homes sold
(That is 102.63% sold according to the Bay East MLS Statistics Report)
For the year of 2011 the avg. list price sold was up to $307,468 and the avg. sale price sold was $304,778
The sale price/list price ratio is 99.13%, (not bad).
Now here is the bad news the avg. days on Market sold was 57 (Not quick enough for you investors out there).
The Pct. of expired listings is 9.65%, (Looking pretty good)
