Dear Santa -

Services for Real Estate Pros with Gryphon

Dear Santa,

I was helping Savannah write her list earlier.  For the record she's been very good. ( I'm not counting the incident with the scissors and the cat needing a haircut and I really don't think you should either.) But anyway working on her list made me realize I needed to write mine. So Santa, here is the list of things I want for Christmas.

World Peace -

Smart Sellers who listen to me -

Lots of great vacations -

(ok, I really want this one)

Lots of referrals -

Great friends who make me laugh -

Time for Shopping  - -

Lots of Buyers -

More kindness in the world -

A good attorney and or title company -

Did I mention world peace & vacations -

So Santa, that's my list. I really think I've been good this year. Feel free to supplement, after all I'm always up for jewels and furs.

I'll leave out the milk and cookies. Have a great Christmas.

Your favorite Active Rainer - Melissa - TOLW

Jay - aren't you done yet? Get some sleep.

DR - I think you're on the naughty list. At least according to the rain gods.

TLW - Thanks for the link. It made me smile. I needed that. I'm grumpy tonight. Stayed up to late last night raining.

Ann - glad you enjoyed it. It was fun to do.

Sounds like Melissa was keeping Jay company on the web last night.  I did have a good night's sleep - but I still feel the guilt!  Glad to see Jay was back in the saddle again this afternoon.

Nice post! It is too easy to get caught up in the season. Saw Diane Sawyer on one of the talk shows the other day and she made a comment about getting back to the basic of the season -- being with friends and family. So she decided to focus her time on that and she has told everyone that sometime next year -- when they least expect they'll get a "Christmas present" from her. That seemed like such a neat idea.

Toby - thanks for passing along the Diane Sawyer idea. Might be something to try next year.

Chris - No I didn't have anything to do with cat's haircut. I'm just glad I caught her before she started on the dogs.

Jeff, Byeloth, & William - Thanks for the support & Happy Holidays to you as well.

Sam - Thank you for the website. Savannah will love it.
