22nd Annual HawkWatch at the Ramona Grasslands Preserve. 25th Annual Whale Watch Weekend and Intertidal Life Festival at the Cabrillo National Monument. The public is invited celebrate the return of the gray whales to the coastal waters off of Point Loma and to explore the sea life in the monument's local tide pools.
