Real Estate and Trust go Hand in Hand
When I entered into the world of Real Estate in 2011, trust was a very important word to me. I heard it being used in conversations with many of the people in my life both personally and professionally. It’s been a word that has helped guide me through the beginning of my career and will be a huge part of the rest of my career.
When I decided to enter into Real Estate my wife had to trust me to provide a level of income we had been used to as well as a better quality of life.
I went to work for a boutique agency, in fact it’s now just my broker and I so my Broker has to trust me to do the things I was supposed to do to become competent and provide a level of service that unavailable anywhere else in the market to the agency’s clients.
Our clients have to trust me; trust me to interpret all the information that’s out there, to guide them through the decision making process and to always act in their best interest, because that’s what an Exclusive Buyer’s Agent does.
I ‘m confident I can say that with each of these areas of my life that are part of my career, the trust that I’ve built has led me to some very early successes. Along with those successes comes additional confidence and as I build my body of knowledge and increase my level on competency, all because people trust me, the successes will continually build.
Yes, trust is a huge part of the Real Estate industry, and without it we would not succeed. As I said, Real Estate and Trust go hand in hand.
