Oh, David. There isn't any luck to it, at all. Bless your heart! That must have been really frustrating. What State are you in? Who was the lender? What type of loan was it? Did they have one or 2? Please, share your experience with us so that we may learn from you and you may learn from us. This is how we get better at this.
