KensingtonLet's visit a stately neighborhood, Kensington Knoxville TN. This is a very family-friendly neighborhood taking great pride in the outward appearance, and one of the more sought after neighborhoods in west Knoxville.

Kensington, Knoxville TN is situated along Northshore Road heading west from Rocky Hill. There are two entrances to this upper scale neighborhood. It is also one of the more stable neighborhoods in terms of property turnovers -- the average property turnover rate is over 8.40 years. This means that there is not always a huge choice in properties for sale here.

There are 3 active properties on the market in Kensington, and 1 Pending -- Continue to Show. For December 2011, there were 2 closed sales and 1 Pending -- Do Not Show.

Kensington

  • Average price: $668,450
  • Median price: $537,000
  • Least expensive listing: $299,900
  • Most expensive listing: $1,299,900

As I mentioned above, properties for sale in Kensington Knoxville TN can be few and far between. 2011 sales are identical to 2009, at least in number, and in 2010 there were only 3 sales.
