Book Review: 5-Minute Mindset for Success Workbook by Bob Hoffman.

Following his release of The 5-Minute Mindset for Weight Loss in late 2011, my broker, Bob Hoffman, is in print again with his The 5 Minute Mindset for Success Workbook.

This is the practical application of The 5-Minute Mindset, how to record your progress in its application. It contains the steps in the system, examples of form recording and multiple sets of the necessary forms.

Bob writes:

Whether you want to make more money, start a business, be a successful salesperson, be more successful in your relationships, have a better marriage, or lose weight, developing the right mindset is the key to your success.

By using this workbook, you will become familiar with the nine steps of the mind setting process. You will come to understand how powerful these ideas are and what a difference they can make in your life. You’ll be able to create and form new habits that promote happiness and success.  You’ll learn how to overcome challenges and obstacles which in the past have kept you from achieving your goals.

I have "Weight Loss" on my Nook reader: I have "Success Workbook" in book form because it is meant to be written in, to be used a a barometer  of my achievements. I benefit from having Bob as my Broker/Mentor.

Bob Hoffman is an ActiveRain member. He owns Rocky Mountain Realty in Sandy, Utah, whose logo you see on my blogs.

You can delve into his 5-Minute Mindset philosophies further at www.The5-MinuteMindset.com

Hi Larry-December kept me away from reading up on my pals...you were on my list anyway, but came here courtesy of Lynn Friedmans' re-blog. I will take a look at this. Hope the new year is treating you wonderfully!

Hi, Larry!  I am curious to find your broker's blog.  I like his '5 minute' concept.  It has a nice ring to it and invites participation.  You can do anything for 5 minutes, right?

I can't think of a better way to jump start 2012 than these 5 minute books.  A small investment for some major improvement in the New Year.  Thanks for the preview of these two motivators.
