One of the fun parts of my job is that my network allows me to find undiscovered gems that are not listed in the Steamboat MLS. I have a friend that is looking for property with great views that is close to town and in the Steamboat School district. The listed properties just haven't met their goals so I have enjoyed the chance to think a bit, dig a bit and explore some great land in Steamboat . I haven't found the perfect one yet, unless of course this one is but I have taken some great hikes and have uncovered some gems for my next client that would like some land.
