Good advice.  I think that posts from AR fed to one's website help and seem to generate a lot of local traffic and interest.  The more information and statistics that can be added to an agent's page, the more they'll trust what you have to say and seek you out.

Great points, Larry! I think David is right... statistics can speak volume... list price vs. sale price from buyer & seller perspective, days on market, etc. We must do things to stand out from general on-line information.
