Kristine Ginsberg showed us how to make a Kitchen HOT! Or warm...better yet!

Plus I got an Emily Medvac refresher on five NAR Profiles of Buyers and Sellers Highlights.

Not to mention, absorption rate and technology benefit verbiage. The list goes on! But the one that made me chuckle?

Since Santa did not have one on the Sleigh...

Don MacLean is going to post a photo of an iPAD ...or himself ...on the Frig on Valentine's Day.

Cheryl this is an excellent idea and I confess I am going to write it down and use it.  It was like you were reading my thoughts as I was making the comments - especially when I ran up on two post with the same iPhone app mentioned.  Great idea.
