Ever have a client you want to stop working for but they are related to you? It such a sticky situation you can really cause a extended family problem if you decided to refer them to someone else. Not only will they be offended, it will be a uncomfortable situation at family reunion. Any suggestions????

I would tell your relative that you want to refer them to an excellent agent because it will work better for both of you and that you know they will understand that this is a business decision and not take it personally. Good Luck.
