In the business of Real Estate, you come across a lot of different people. I’ve been pretty

lucky to meet a lot of wonderful and interesting ones.

For example, the attorneys who always have to change something on the contract, even if it has the same meaning. The first time home buyer who has to review every line at least three times.   The macho man who won’t review the contract at all because he “already knows it all”.   The buyers who feel they have to get that “deal” until they understand what a “deal” really is.  And then those that actually listen when you advise them what to price their home or offer to pay.

Though every situation and everyone is different…..I’ve enjoyed each person because the ending is the SAME, I get a big SMILE and many THANK YOU’S  from my clients for a job well done and that’s what’s important to me.  Knowing the seller is happy with the terms their home has sold for and the buyer is happy with their new home and I’ve helped someone else move on to the next chapter in their life makes me SMILE.
