OUR STRONG ECONMY

It is amazing how resilient our economy is. In the midst of a real estate collapse, brokers going out of business by the thousands, developers walking away from projects, contractors looking for work and our financial institutions taking billons in loan losses and firing CEOs by the handful our stock market and the country in general keeps going. Gas pump prices are the highest they have been so the energy boys are making a bundle. The consumers seem to take it all in stride. I suppose as long as you have a job and cash a paycheck things are OK. Senior citizens must really being feeling the pinch. Now we hear that inflation will be moving up again very soon. I wonder when enough is enough? Do you think we need the war in Iraq to keep us afloat? The vets are complaning that they have no jobs for them when they return. Perhaps this will get much worse when we stop the war completely. Where will it end?
