The Canadian Dollar Is Dropping, But

Services for Real Estate Pros with

I don't understand why more of the American Realtors aren't doing a better job of marketing properties...especially vacation and investment properties to the Canadian public.  Our dollar is still higher than the American dollar which would offset some of the costs and typically your cost per square foot is less than ours.  Seriously folks, you are missing a big boat here.  And think ahead a little.  When the Cdn dollar drops - and it will - think about how many resales you will get when we resell to take our profits out.  There is nothing wrong with that.  That's what capitalism is all about, right?

Not to mention all of the tourism money we'd spend.

Guys, find a way to reach the average Canadian with a few dollars to put into real estate.  Show them that a 5-10 year investment will pay them more than the 3% they are earning while their money sits in the bank.

There are sites out there that let you list your properties for free.  Sites like  There are agents out there that would love to share your listings and advertise them up here for you.  If you are interested in that method, I'll help you find a reliable agent that you can work with.

I know how challenging it is to make a living in this industry!  I think I can help.  It'll be good for both sides of the border.
