Update on lead system, required reading.

Hello F agents, and referral partner agents, (18!)
52+ leads came in today! These are real. Many have verified phone numbers and addresses. Agents are making appointments. Great news, but with this new rain of leads, requires a systematic process, and crazy follow up. No more just getting the low hanging fruit.
We now have an integrated C_R-M software that will allow automatically assign leads to you after you have received an instant call. And you and I can check the status of each lead and the see agent follow up. Agents that perform better with follow up and system upkeep will get more and higher price leads. Company agents start off with the higher price leads, but performance (repeated follow up)  will be a key to getting more and better leads.
While I would love to sit down 3-4 hours with each of you, first I need you to do some homework first. This email took 4 hours to write, but "only" takes 20-30 minutes to read. IM is still the shortcut to me and about 12 agents are using this "virtual office." They also get some lead priority if something comes up in their area. Don't worry if you aren't on the computer, no biggy, but if you are on, turn on your IM. (how to get on IM)
If you want to continue to get leads, I need to know
