Even within the City of Frisco, TX – some communities continue to appreciate, some are hurt by foreclosures and short sales and some just aren’t appreciating, neither is it depreciating.

So, when home buyers in Frisco TX assume sellers are giving away their homes including their first borns, think again.

Sure, in all markets, consumers always want to test “how low the sellers will go”. I understand that. I’m a consumer too.

But in home selling, there are market comparables, sold information and past historical data of what homes in Frisco TX may sell for. Sellers are not ignorant people. Many of them have real estate agents representing them, presented to them how much their homes could potentially sell for (ignore over-priced homes, that’s not what I’m talking about).

Personally, I think a home buyer should ask, “Loreena, what price should I offer in order to be able to buy this house?”
