Making Real Estate Profitable

Hi David! I sure hope you had a fabulous start to the year. Great information afore. Austin is much more strict on codes but SA is going that way. I'm looking forward to our code reformation meeting. Some get rather touch about the gov intervention, but in the case of forcing builders to make healthier, more efficient homes, aka improved quality, I'm all for that. Have a good one!

Cathy a lot of the new laws are requiring proper installation of materials and systems, such as the HVAC systems where many leak up to 35% before even reaching the room.
