Today I saw a brand new modern home in Studio City, designed by Jay Vanos and built in 2011. It has views for days and each room has many windows that let in a lot of natural light. The design consistently runs throughout the open floor plan, tying it all together for a uniformly sleek and sophisticated look. My favorite part is the little loft area.
