Jay's MugGood Morning to you all, Gentle Readers! Medford and I have been working on our marketing plan for the codgers. Today we will give you an idea of what the regular crew of codgers look like—at least in caricature.

We are also considering the formation of a new AR group: “Codger & Friends Conversations” a niche group where conversation is encouraged, opinions are welcome, and the coffee is always fresh. To encourage free conversation, we believe all posts to this group be “Members Only.” A place to be accepted for who you are, for you to discuss what is important to you.

I like the idea, and 'members only' is absolutely a must, especially if the participants are going to be sharp and to the point...if this is really what you mean about 'welcome opinions' in the new forum...

Allison: I’ll be sure the “crew” reads your comment!

Scott: We’ll give your “Pic” request under consideration.

Eli: That’s precisely what we mean. Personal attacks will not be acceptable, ‘though. Opposing opinions will be expected. At the coffee shop we often have opposite opinions from one another—but because of our mutual respect we may discuss our opposing opinions without rancor.

kk: Chai tea is a favorite of mine as well—sooo relaxing. We have virtually all varieties of tea.

Oh my here it is 11:31 p.m. mountain standard time.  I planned to bake cookies today, but got carried away with this Meme thing.  Now the day is done and my mouth is watering looking at Linda Davis's cookies!  Oh well tomorrow I will bake.
