In taking a 1-post break from my usual stats and market posts I thought I'd just share today with AR that I really enjoy days like today. For real estate agents like me it's really hard to shut off "work-mode", I'm always thinking about what I need to do for certain clients, or people I need to call, or work-related stuff that I'll have to tackle during the week.
Sundays for the most part usually consist of the typical open house and some possible showings. But not in the late fall and winter in Montana, for me, Sunday is a day to relax and recharge.
This mostly consists of one of my favorite things about the fall/winter, watching football. And more specifically, watching the Green Bay Packers. My family is all from Madison, we bleed Green and Gold, and on Sundays it's Packers day. While today's challenge against the Giants will be a mighty one I am hopeful that the Pack will do enough on defense to get the win and set up a fun 90's throwback match-up against the 49ers.
The other person that loves Sundays as much as me is my wife. On game days I take both of our kids over to my parents who have the NFL Sunday-Ticket and she gets the whole day off from our 6 year old son and 4 year old daughter, a nice reprieve for her as well.
I love these days and it's nice to have a day where listing, selling, and business isn't on my mind.
Go Packers!
