This is my first post to AR. I've spent the last week doing tons of reading, getting ideas of what kinds of things people would like to read about so my posts will have substance.
A little about me: I'm a Realtor from the southern New Hampshire, particularly Nashua area. In a previous life, I wrote software for a major telecommunications company. I became a Realtor partially because I enjoy working with people (I'm between introvert and extravert), and I'm able to manage my time between my own activities and those of my kids.
I have lived in southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts for the past 20 years. I'm familiar with the entire state of New Hampshire, having traveled it many times, going to my parents house in Vermont.
I became licensed in 2003 and immediately saw the value of internet marketing. My website, southern New Hampshire Real Estate, has enjoyed the top positions for the most popular search terms. Business has slowed down enough to allow me to give my website a complete facelift. I've been so busy, I haven't been able to do major changes on it. Stay tuned for the "new and improved" website.
My main specialty is relocating customers to/from New Hampshire and Massachusetts (I'm also licensed in Massachusetts). I work with agents from across the country to ensure a smooth transaction whether they are buying or selling there. I believe in fully educating my clients so they know exactly what is going on, during every step in the process. Even if they have bought a home before, chances are, it was 5 or more years ago and as we all know, the rules have changed.
I think AR a great community with tons of sharing going on, and I hope to be able to contribute my knowledge I've accumulated over the years.
