Anita, Quail Pointe looks like a wonderful subdivision of large, modern homes.  And with your expertise why would a homeowner call anyone except you for help selling theirs? 

I'm guessing it's a suburb of Atlanta?

Do you really see quail in Quail Pointe?  We had quail when we first moved into our Saratoga CA home in 1985.  They would chase each other around the trunk of a Acadia tree in our backyard.  Circling and circling it very fast. I enjoyed watching them.  But they've disappeared.  Maybe it's neighborhood cats and dogs scaring them.  But my question is: "do you really see quail in Quail Pointe?"  This CA quail-lover would consider that a selling point.

And one more question.  Do you maintain your own WordPress blog?
