Although ActiveRain / Localism has a category for market reports a local ActiveRain member was highly opposed to my sharing this information.
These are the single family, townhouse and condominiums for sale and sold in the City of Powell (Powell Corporation.) Powell is a suburb of Coumbus Ohio. The report shows market demand by comparing current inventory to number of homes sold in a 15-month period.
It is a great time to buy a home in Powell, lots of inventory although some sellers have taken their homes off the market for the holidays (sadly, they did not sell.) Inventory is down from October. Inventory will go back up after the holidays, it always does.
