Another success from the Foundation Team – this time through leasing agent Michael Kass. Another well-qualified tenant in need of a rental here in Marin found us online, so Michael showed her a couple homes that met her criteria, she offered on the one she liked and the rest is a done deal. 3,300 sq ft in Hamilton rented for $3,600/month for 2 years.
