Kansas City's Golden Age: 2011+ ?!!!

By

Numerous arts and sports entities and supporters have invested $3 billion over the past decade, or so, in Kansas City. Is this the beginning of Kansas City's Golden Age? The Kansas City Star's Hampton Stevens thinks so. See if you agree: "The Golden Year Kansas City Came Of Age"

What do you think?

Agree/dissagree & why?

Better news for residential Sellers or Buyers or both?

If not local to KC, how does this compare to what is going on in your area?

Thanks for stopping-by and for your thoughtful remarks and insights--looking forward to your comments below...

@Elite: Actually, it's Mr. Stevens that is saying that, though, I, too, hope he is right! It sure has been great to see all the developement and support in these areas here. I'll give it a bit longer before ready to declare it the 'Golden Age', but, sure have my fingers crossed!

@Fred: Yes, the article does include mention of the outstanding multi-dimensional ensemble, Quixotic Fusion, and much, much, more. What do YOU think: Agree/dissagree & why? Better news for residential Sellers or Buyers or both? If not local to KC, how does this compare to what is going on in your area?

Thanks for your responses!!! -JC/CBA
