Good morning Patrick. Congratulations on your recent award!  I was so excited to know that we have a fittness instructor in Kohala.! I live on Beers Rd. off Hwy 250, near Maliu Ridge. I am really interested in meeting you and setting up an orientation to your center and your fitness program. I am a very active 50yr old female born and raised in North Kohala, lived in Colorado 16yrs and moved back home in 1995.I work at North Hawaii Community Hospital in Rehab Services. I am a hula dancer, I do some running, aerobics, and some weight training. I love hiking Kohala and going off roading along  the Kohala coast to go snorkeling. I susstained 2 serious ankle injuries in 2011 that set my whole physical world into a tailspin! I've been treated in our clinic for those ankle injuries and it's better. The main focus is how deconditioned I am. Loss of muscle tone, weight gain, cellulite, core instability, etc. I work with many fine therapist who have helped me get back what I lost...being toned anf fit and getting strong again. I also have a chronic low back/SI joint issue for many years. I manage it with streching, ice and heat, PT and Chiro services.

Please contact me to see if your program is right for me. The only drawback i can see is that i would not be able to afford you. I look froward to hearing from you. Cece
