Holiday Celebration at Hartwood Winery This Weekend

WHEN: Saturday and Sunday, November 17th and 18th

WHERE: Hartwood Winery

345 Hartwood Road, Fredericksburg, VA 22406

TIME: 11am to 5pm

COST: $10.00 per adult

This coming Saturday and Sunday, November 17th and 18th, Hartwood Winery in southwest Stafford will be having their Holiday Celebration. Come join them Saturday and Sunday 11:00 am to 5:00 pm for this great event. Tomahawk Mill Winery will also be there with their wines. Try wines from both wineries, sample some light hors d'oeuvres, tour the wine making facilities. Weather permitting, they will have live entertainment on the front deck. What better way to kick off the holiday season? They will also be releasing their Viognier at this event. Adult admission is $10.00 per person which includes a souvenir wine glass. It's a wonderful way to spend a fall afternoon.

Hi Irene: I am wondering if I leave Fort Worth soon enough, perhaps I can get there to share in this really fun-sounding gathering. I lived in Fredericksburg for about a year and a half, and have some very fond memories. I would love it if you could take some pictures at Hartwood's Holiday Celebration and post them for all of us to see. Sample some great wines for me, Irene. Thanks for sharing... this really sounds like fun.

Karen - You can bet I'll have a glass for you. My 21 year old will be home from VA Tech and we planned on making it a "big girls" day out. I promise, if the sun is shining (and it hasn't for almost a week now), I will be there and take pictures.
