When Is a Good Time To Call????

By
Real Estate Agent with Seven Gables Real Estate

Someone ask me when is a good time to call clients???  I thought I would respond by answering on a blog and seeing what others think....

I don't know if their is a good time to call. It really depends on each client and what they told you in the past. I do know that I meet allot of people and have them on my list. Some call me back some don't. But, until they tell me to leave them alone I keep calling.   For example,  I met someone in Feb. 07. Had them on my list and have called them on a regular basis since then. He only spoke to me in March, since then he has not returned my calls. Today I called and he actually answered (i did bloke my number) but we spoke and he is still looking. Bottom line it all depends on what they tell you.

For me, if they are truly interested, they will give me a good time to call.  This  is my way of qualifying people, if they're interested in my services, I know.  If not, I'll go out and find a deserving person who is!

Ok - I've got top be honest - I saw that you had a new post and I got excited in great anticipation of another humorous insight from Todd - alas, not today.  Well, I am a huge advocate for creating enough pull to return calls with clients not generate them.
