Decembers Real Estate Market Update for Prince William County, Manassas & Manassas Park
December was a good month for real estate. There was a 20% increase in the number of homes that sold in December over what sold in November. Inventory is still extremely low with only 1203 homes on the market for sale. In November's Real Estate Market Update I reported there as 1,254 homes for sale and 427 that had sold. The average sold price for the county in the month of December was $260,997 an increase of 3% for the same time last year.
