Property located near public transportation, shopping and Interstate 80. Seller asking $100,000.
Income and expense projections with taking into account vacancy rate, annual property maintenance, taxes, insurance and mortgage, this property would have a positive cash flow of approximately $701.25 per month. This is assuming a mortgage of $75K.
