Motivational Power Quote

Stepping Stones to More Referrals

“The keys to success is to get out into the store and listen

to what the associates have to say.

It’s terribly important for everyone to get involved.

Our best ideas come from clerks and stock boys.”

Sam Walton, Wal-Marts founder

As I see it . . . . . . .

Stepping stones to more referrals

Listen to your customers, your peers and the consumers. Their insight will become the stepping stones to greater success and more referrals.

They will let you know what you’re doing effectively to attract their business and what it will take for you to earn their referrals in the future.

When you’re in rapport with people they will tell you the truth about what you and or your business is not doing to meet their expectations.

In this area lays one of your biggest business opportunities. In knowing how your missing your audience expectations gives you the insight on what has to be done to meet your audience expectations in the future. With that information you’ll able to adjust and create a road map to improve your services to your audience and earn more referrals.

When you close the gaps in your customer service and your expectation with your audience you achieve a higher level of positive awareness with your audience. The results will be greater numbers of referrals and increased business success.

In communicating and speaking to your audience they will share their insight from a consumer prospective which is a 90 degree difference from the way you may be seeing things today.

The stepping stones to more referral: is to listen to your audience and take the steps to give your audience more of what they want.

Before starting my career in real estate I was director of operations for a medium size corporation. My job was to manage the day to day operations of the corporation. The owner and president of our company insisted I spend 80% of my time out in the field observing. This gave me a great insight on how to manage.

The secret to being successful as a referral partner is to know "how to" refer that person.  When done correctly, the results are unbelievable.
