Today our listing at 210 Joaquin Street in Crescent City, CA was chemically treated with Tim-bor, Copper Naphthenate, and Demon TC by a licensed applicator. We have already passed our open wall inspection. Now we have a structurally sound property. It will be about two weeks before the house has its toilets, shower, kitchen sink and linoleum replaced. A few finishing touches, and the home will be turnkey ready!
