We have been exploring notable Asheville “Luxury Homes” communities. One of which is the Ramble at Biltmore Forest.
If you are a person who likes to be careful about design and construction details, you will appreciate the involvement of the Design Review Committee (DRC) at the Ramble at Biltmore Forest. Before construction may begin, the DRC completes a site walk with the Builder.
Only if the exact house location is staked out and a site plan showing temporary site provisions, ( silt fencing locations, construction vehicle access, staging areas, temporary structures, etc.) is approved, will the Design Review Committee issue the approval stamp for construction.
^^ Here is a video where John Cecil talks about a series of neighborhoods connected…on almost 1,000 acres/ “Within its gates, residents enjoy miles of forested trails, three Frederick Law Olmsted-inspired parks, an award winning Living Well Center, social events and concerts, and more.
With nearly 80 completed homes, the community continues to grow. Homesites start and the $80,000's to more than $500,000; sophisticated homes start in the $700,000's to over $2 million.”
