I always enjoy reading your blog post and i learn something new about your area that I did not know before. Thank you very much. I love this area very much. Was introduced to it by a friend and we were going to build a home there. I think the place is as close to heaven as I will get on Earth and after some health problems and conquering them and a very strong regiment of kickboxing traing for my June fight I think I have found my place of retirement ( I will never retire) but being a health freak with running ,lifting, and training this environment suits me well.. I like the people in St James. I like the beach and food, and the people are easy to talk to. If you ask them a question they always give you an honest answer and are quick to respond to your needs and questions. I like that. The climate is peaceful and it is just a good change for me. I owe my friend for showing me this palce and talking me into selling everything i owned and move. I will do a ten k run at the end of this mionth in Franklin and continue training two hours a day five times  week to make my fight class and goal. Have to go the distance and win. I will lease a condo soon and be there shortly to work and liv full time, nit this sporatic thing I have ben doing. I never saw what happened to me coming but I am healthy now and happy. I owe  lot to you ,y friend. You are a very good man.=, a peaceful, kind, and gentle one. Being and working with you will be a blessing.

Any buyer or seller working with you should know they have the cream of the crop in agents and they could not do any better.

Thanks Nolan, it is an honor to know you.
