In todays market they inventory in the Denver area is down from last year. This seller market can be a great time to sell. If you have been holding out, maybe now it is time to list. With the great option for buyers, maybe we can all be in a win win market!

Many areas are reporting low inventory - I suspect many would-be sellers are electing to become landlords for their UNsold homes as they leave the area for education or employment opportunities
