The answer, The Star.......................
If you haven't met Roger Mucci, you're in for a treat. I decided he would be my 1/19 2nd Blog in the 21 day contest. He provides a star each week who joins his weight loss group. He also stared "Two Lies and a Truth" to add to the fun. For some reason, I missed this week's event Congratulations Amy Hahn for being the winner this week. It's time for the answer to "Two Lies And A Truth". Let me remind you of what was posted yesterday by our Featured Guest Marian Goetzinger.
- I can diet and lose weight without ever feeling hungry.
- I eat a grapefruit every day and that keeps me thin.
- Losing weight is hard but simple: Eat less and move more.
Many of you guessed correctly...........#3 is the Truth, so lets all take Marian's advice and get to it.Now for our "Star Of The Week". This is one young lady I totally respect. She took on the challenge and became a non-smoker and put on some weight because of substituting candy and food for a cigarette, but never got discouraged. Although it was difficult, she stuck with it. She is still a non-smoker and this week managed to drop 9.8 pounds. Makes me proud to say you can "Take It Off In The Rain" with dedication, discipline and determination. It also makes me proud to announce this wonderful, thoughtful caring your lady as our "Star Of The Week".Hereeeeeeeeeeeee's Amy!Congratulations and best wishes for continued success!
