Water House on Main Street Breckenridge

Real Estate Agent with Breckenridge Mountain Top Realtors

The Water House on Main Street is another spectacular condo development by Vail Resorts taking place in the heart of Breckenridge.  This development is located on the south end on Main Street, directly between Hyatt at Main Street Station and The Marriott’s Hotel at Breckenridge.  The development will be 55-units with one, two, and three bedroom condos available. The Water House on Main Street is centrally located in the town and very close to the Peak 9 Quicksilver Super chair.  This condo development is located so well in Breckenridge, many owners will not need to move their car for the entire stay in Breckenridge.  The Main Street Station is built around the Maggie Pond, which offers ice-skating in the winter and paddleboats in the summer, hence the Water House.  Reservations will begin to be taken by December 13th.  The estimated time of completion is set for 2009.  From what I have been told most of the condos will start at just under a $1000 a square foot.  Might sound high, but for new construction in Breckenridge this is not to bad.  Anyone who is familiar with Vail Resorts Developments understands these prices are just the beginning.  If you or anyone you know is interested in a great ski town investment, please contact me for further information. http://www.mountaintoprealtor.com

Sounds very nice!  The price of just under $1000 per square foot is not too bad either.  Many water-front properties here in Provincetown on Cape Cod sell for more than $1000 per square foot!

This is a perfect spot!  Do you have much in the way of rental communities out there?  They would probably take well too.

Joe - These properties will rent VERY VERY well.  It is all about the location with this development.  There is not much property left in town with ski in ski out access.  Let me know if you or anyone you know might be interested, I would love to assist in any way I can.
