Another Day, Another Opportunity!

Opportunities are everywhere, you just have to recognize them!

I just joined the Edmonton Revenue Properties Investors Association, and offered to do a Power Point Presentation about how Property Styling can benefit a listing or rental property.

My husband and I have wanted to get into the revenue property business for a while now and I know that by joining this group and meeting the members I can benefit from their knowledge! It's like all the knowledge I've learned from Active Rain in this year.

I also want to bring something to the table, so will offer a discount exclusively to the members of this group.



My presentation has been booked for Valentines Day, so I'm hoping there will be some love in the room that night!

*I've had to move it to March so we'll see what happens then!*

Peg,  Good for you.  Is your presentation going to have cupids and hearts popping up here and there?  Maybe you could bring some heart shaped cookies.  Staging is such an important part of the home selling process and you have all the right stuff to FLUFF!!!!

BU-FU, I have had to move the presentation to March necause of a prior commitment, I hope they can live without me for a few weeks, but I'm sure I can figure something out! I loove to talk about the advantages of Staging and have some great (bad) MLS photos I can share, because visuals are a good way to show the differences.

Janice, I'm hoping they will get something from it! I guess it all depends how many rental landlords are there. I've looked at some of the rental listings and they only picture the exterior of the building. I'll have to approach them with questions about days without renters or something. I know Scott McGillvray always stages his rentals. I'm doing a broker presentation in an hour so I have to go get ready!
