- security system, central AC, solar hot water, large orchid greenhouse, close to schools and services, quick drive to central valley

Kula Ridge has won approval from the Land Use Commission, after a 6 year struggle. The project plans to have 70 affordable housing units and 46 market valued homes on 51 acres, and is expected to take 10 years. The community has mixed feelings about this development in a mostly rural and agricultural setting, but many residents welcome the opportunity for jobs and housing in their neighborhood.
