What is the key to getting invitees hooked on Active Rain?

The best way is to teach them, not only how but the value of active rain.

I don't even worry about invitees.  I only had one accept.  They never did much.  So I'm happy to tell people about it if they ask, but I can't make them want it.  And I have had people choose me and tell me they did so after following my blog.  It's a fantastic feeling.  They were dog lovers and choose me because I wrote a couple posts about my puppies.

I have seen some people recruit fantastic bloggers. No such luck for me. I have invited approx. 25 people and none of them really embraced AR. We can invite them, we can teach them, but we can't 'make' them understand. I hit subscribe just in case someone responds that has a great formula.

I have four invites with over 100,000 points, but that certainly isn't the number I was hoping for from them. 

It's been much the same way for me Cal............I have to invitees and neither of them blog, but I'm not too concerned with it.  Just keep doing what you're doing and it will pay off.

I haven't had much luck with this either Cal.  Some folks just don't see the benefit of 'the Rain'.
